ADOPTION AGREEMENT

At Royal Ink Rabbitry (“RIR”), the health, happiness, and welfare of our bunnies are our top priorities. We are dedicated to helping our bunnies find caring homes that can meet their specific needs. Before welcoming a bunny into your family, we kindly encourage you to take the time to learn about the unique care requirements of Holland Lops to ensure you’re prepared to provide them with the love and attention they deserve.

Adopters must be 18 years of age or older.

All bunnies will remain under the care of Royal Ink Rabbitry until they are at least 8 weeks old.

Bunnies listed for adoption are available to all potential adopters until an adoption agreement is signed and a $50 deposit is received.

Please note that deposits are non-refundable and cannot be transferred to another bunny.

The remaining balance must be paid in full at the time of pick-up, and payment can be made via Cash or Venmo.

Local pickup is in Caldwell Idaho 83607.

Our bunnies are socialized and handled daily to foster a friendly nature, but personality development can vary and is also influenced by the ongoing care and socialization they receive in their new home. As such, we cannot guarantee a specific temperament.

Please note that we are unable to accommodate multiple pick-up reschedules. If pick-up is rescheduled more than three times, it may result in forfeiture of your bunny and deposit.

Every bunny will go home with their Pedigree, care guide, food, and hay to help ensure a smooth transition into their new loving home.

Once a bunny leaves our care, RIR cannot be held responsible for any veterinary bills, illness, or loss. However, we want to assure you that we would never knowingly sell or rehome a sick rabbit. We encourage buyers to carefully check their bunny's health at the time of pick-up.

For bunnies being transported, full health documentation will be provided.

While we do our very best to accurately determine the gender of each bunny, mistakes can occasionally happen. If you suspect an error, please reach out to us, and we will work with you to make it right.

We cannot guarantee a bunny’s reproductive capabilities, show results, or that they will be free from potential disqualifications on the show table.

The weight of Holland Lops can vary, typically between 3 to 4 pounds. While we can estimate your bunny’s adult size based on its lineage, we cannot guarantee its final weight.

Please note that we operate as a closed rabbitry to prioritize the health, safety, and comfort of our bunnies.

Additionally, we want to clarify that we do not offer refunds, and all sales are final.

RIR reserves the right to refuse or cancel a sale at any time. If this decision is made, the buyer will receive a full refund.
